Thursday, December 17, 2009 00:45 - Lookout Fire Company #1 Station 32 and Station 35 ( Wind Gap FD) in the 700 block of West Pennsylvania Ave. While units were still responding police arrived on scene and reported smoke showing from the exterior. Asst Chief 3252 ( C. Meixsell ) arrived on scene and confirmed the working fire and that all occupants were out of the dwelling at the time. Chief 3251 ( D. Parsons) arrived and took command and advised Engine 3211 too hit the hydrant at the Corner of F street and to lay the line in to the scene. Once on scene members on 3211 put two lines into service with one going to the rear of the dwelling, while the other making entry into the dwelling. As further units from 32, and 35 arrived they assisted in the operations while also preparing to project exposures. 32 Command the advised NCC to dispatch station 36 ( Plainfield Twps) as it was found that the call was actually in their area. Within 10 minutes of arriving on scene command placed the fire under control and out within 15 minutes. Units then performed overhaul and investigated the cause of the fire. Command was then turned over to 3651 and all 32 units cleared at 02:26
